Bettering myself through new challenges is the more correct term. I presume you have read my resume and might find I might be a suitable candidate. But my condition, to tell you right now is a simple one – education. If at the end of the day, I come out, a bit more experienced, a bit more knowledgeable, then my hunger is settled.
My primary MO is always the same - successfully plant the idea, water it down with knowledge, give it plenty of focus, determination, and teamwork, and bring it to fruition.
What can I bring to the table? Structure and clarity of vision. But that's not to say that I lack creativity. On the contrary. If there is something I am proud of is the ongoing process of generating ideas. That is why I have been chosen by my company to be the head of a native department. Also, my MO is bettering myself through new challenges.

That has also been recognized as I am conducting a consultant role for cooperation between Slobodna Dalmacija and Financial Times regarding a 3-month engagement regarding Digital Revenue Launchpad.
After my professional life at Slobodna Dalmacija, came time for a change. I am proud to say that at the moment of writing this, I am more than two months a part of the Valcon family where I work as an employer marketing lead.
I believe I am at the golden age where I still have the zest and willingness to learn and try new things but what makes me an ideal candidate is that those characteristics come in combination with years of experience. Always adopting and adapting.
