Nikolina Antolic

In my past work experiences, communication and networking were the focal points of my professional development. Working in diplomacy for over 10 years has taught me to interact with colleagues and associates with discretion and diplomacy. I developed a strong ability to think and act strategically and tactically in various situations. Since I had an opportunity to work in various international organizations in Croatia, I have perfected my English language skills as well as translating, analyzing, drafting, reporting and editing various materials. I had spent five years in Croatia's biggest publishing company where I have managed a team of 10 people, organizing approximately 80 events per year across the country. This managerial position has skilled me in multitasking, sales, budgeting, crisis communication, problem solving and teamwork. Building lasting relationships and communicating with various stakeholders were crucial in my previous employment. For the last 3 years, I switched my focus to hospitality, acting as a Property Manager for private property. Furthermore, the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Life coaching training has helped me develop further my ability to listen, quickly identify possible issues at hand, and look for solutions. 
My personal qualities and strengths include - dedication to my work as well as strong analytical, organization, and coordination skills. I possess a calm manner, work well under pressure and abide by set deadlines.
