Çağlar Aytekin is a seasoned AI researcher and leader with extensive experience across academia, startups, and industry. Lead AI initiatives at Quanscient in and spearheaded cutting-edge work in generative AI, neural operators, PINNs, and AI-based meshing for multiphysics simulations. Previously, he founded Aitech, developing explainable AI tools like LEURN for tabular data and delivering GenAI solutions to various clients. At AAC Technologies, he led AI imaging projects, including neural denoising, deblurring, and ISP optimization for mobile cameras. His earlier roles at Nokia and in academia focused on neural network compression, media coding, and computer vision. He holds a Ph.D. in signal processing from Tampere University, is the author of ~50 papers and ~30 patents, and has received multiple awards, including Best Nordic Ph.D. Thesis.
