I am a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a background in Management and hands-on experience in the banking sector, particularly in customer service, KYC compliance, customer experience management (CXM), and product support. Through my work, I have developed a strong ability to handle customer interactions effectively, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high service standards aligned with key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and turnaround time.

My experience in KYC has involved customer onboarding, document verification, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, where accuracy and attention to detail are critical. At the same time, my exposure to CXM and product-related functions has allowed me to better understand customer journeys, identify service gaps, and contribute to improving products and overall customer experience.

Alongside my banking career, I have built solid experience in language-related work, including transcription, translation, and quality assurance. I am multilingual, with native proficiency in Amharic, professional working proficiency in Tigrigna, and fluent English, which enables me to communicate clearly and adapt content across different audiences and contexts.
