We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to support our expanding Amazon e-commerce business. This role is essential to streamlining our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, and relevant keywords.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate product reorders to prevent stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns.
  • Advertising: Assist in setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns, track results, and make adjustments for optimization.
  • Reporting: Gather and analyze sales data, generating reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Setup and Logistics: Must known all account setup, logistics, and issues.


  • Required:
    • Amazon e-commerce experience is a MUST
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Preferred:
    • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools.
    • Experience with product sourcing and keyword research software (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
    • Basic understanding of Amazon PPC advertising.
