I'm a bilingual (Japanese/English) freelancer based in Kyoto, Japan, specializing in Web3/DAO ecosystem building and Japan market entry support for international companies and projects.
I founded and run DAO×DAO, a recurring gathering for DAO operators and practitioners across Japan, and hosted its inaugural in-person summit in Tokyo. I also organized a 6-part DAO seminar series for 31 participants, breaking down DAO governance and real-world use cases for non-technical audiences, and worked as a script writer on a project adapting the Ethereum White Paper into manga format.
On the operational side, I currently manage back-office operations for SRTA GK, a Web3/blockchain holding company, coordinating with law firms, a licensed crypto exchange (BITPOINT), and a patent office across multiple projects. I've also supported the Japan market entry of several international organizations, including Jordan Pavilion (Expo 2025 Osaka), Xander Group (Kazakhstan), and LOOQ (Kazakhstan-based AI startup).
