I'm completely self-taught. I believe that the difference it´s done during your free time and whenever I'm not spending it together with my friends or family, I use it to study, try, practice and develop my skills, or learn new ones.
You can learn from anything and anyone if you know what to look at. As Sherlock quote says: ´´ You see Watson, but you don´t observe´´ Observing is key. Design is everywhere and watching a movie, reading the lyrics of a song, reading an article or even playing a game can teach you a lot if you pay attention properly.
I have consumed so much diverse content during my whole life. No matter the genre of a movie, a game or a book, I will probably consume it sooner or later. Why? Well, because imagination and originality depends on this mix of ideas. The wider it is, the better one you have.
