I’m a business and digital support professional with 20+ years of experience working in international corporate environments, including 15 years as Head of Transmission in television and extensive experience in administrative and departmental support.

Today, through my own company, Virtuoza, I help entrepreneurs and businesses organize and manage the parts of their day-to-day operations that take time, require attention to detail, or simply need someone reliable to take ownership of them.

My experience combines administrative support, business operations, project coordination, research, organization, digital tools and online business support. I’m comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, coordinating people and tasks, and figuring things out when there is no ready-made solution.

My background in television taught me something that I find valuable in every business environment: things do not always go according to plan — and that is when you need someone who stays calm, thinks ahead and gets things moving again.

I enjoy working on varied projects rather than doing the same task every day. I’m curious, quick to learn new tools and systems, and I like understanding how things work so I can find a better or more efficient way of doing them.

I can support businesses with administration, operations, project and task coordination, research, travel and accommodation organization, document and spreadsheet work, online business support, website and digital presence tasks, Google tools, social media coordination and general business organization.

I’m open to one-off projects, ongoing collaborations and flexible part-time support, depending on what the business actually needs. I prefer working with clearly defined outcomes and taking responsibility for getting things done rather than simply selling hours.
