Looking for talented Web3 Frontend Developer

At Intellix Information Technology, we’re building an all-in-one real estate platform that leverages AI for price predictions and property recommendations, along with blockchain technology (Ethereum and Solana) for fractional ownership and smart contract escrow. The initial release features a typical web application built with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Future updates will include advanced AI models and blockchain features like tokenization, wallet integration, and cross-chain asset management.

Job Title: Web3 Frontend Engineer

Role summary: 
Build the user interface and integrate wallet connections (MetaMask, Phantom) so users can interact with smart contracts on both Ethereum and Solana.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop responsive React frontend (Next.js optional) for property listings, dashboards, and token trading.
- Integrate ethers.js / web3.js (Ethereum) and @solana/web3.js (Solana).
- Implement wallet connection, transaction sending, and event listening.
- Work with backend APIs for AI predictions and off‑chain data.

Required skills:
- React (hooks, context, state management)
- TypeScript
- ethers.js / viem and @solana/web3.js
- Wallet integration (MetaMask, Phantom, WalletConnect)

Nice to have: 
Experience with The Graph or custom indexers.
