iMO is a small but growing web production idea with the dream to based in Croatia.

To build clean, fast websites for real businesses – focused on structure, performance and usability.

No agency nonsense. No fake marketing talk.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain websites (Webflow / WordPress)
• Take responsibility for technical quality and structure
• Improve templates, workflows and performance
• Coordinate small web projects end-to-end
• Be the technical face of Ajmo Radit when needed
• Grow into a leading role as the company scales

Tech stack (current)

• Webflow
• WordPress
• HTML / CSS / basic JS
• Focus on frontend, performance & clean structure
• One-page websites for local businesses (conversion-driven)

What we’re looking for

• You enjoy building things properly, not rushing garbage
• You want responsibility, not just random freelance gigs
• You think long-term and like growing with a project
• Student or junior level is perfectly fine
• You don’t need to know everything – mindset > CV
