DIGICENTRES is an international consulting and advisory organization focused on addressing the growing issue of digital addiction. As part of our rapid expansion, we are establishing a network of counseling centers in countries around the world.

Our mission is to provide the best possible working environment for our counselors and consultants. To support this goal, we conduct procurement and tender processes for a wide range of products and services required for the operation of our counseling centers.

Areas of Procurement and Tendering

Liability insurance, life insurance, pension products, and other employee benefits

Reconstruction, renovation, and fit-out of office premises

Office furniture and equipment

Graphic design, printing, and advertising services (flyers, brochures, business cards, promotional materials, etc.)

Products and services related to office operations, including coffee supplies, office stationery, IT equipment, consumables, and other operational needs

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and sourcing suitable suppliers in various countries and regions

Communicating and negotiating with potential suppliers

Organizing and managing tender and procurement processes

Evaluating proposals and bids according to established criteria

Preparing reports and supporting documentation for management decisions

Assisting in the development of an international network of contractual partners

Candidate Profile

This position is suitable for individuals with experience in administration, procurement, purchasing, business development, supplier management, or project coordination.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Professionalism in dealing with suppliers and business partners

Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
