Monthly Recruitment of KYC-Verified Users for Crypto Exchange via Multiple Referral Links

Scope

• Recruit 4 new KYC-verified users to the nominated Crypto/Metal Exchange for each Referral Account every month, commencing with 5 Accounts. (Total of 20 new users in first month)
• New users must join and complete KYC on the Exchange.
• All users must be fully KYC-verified by the exchange.
• Track and report verified signups per account.
• No reward for onboarding more than the specified number per account.

Quantities & Durations

• Minimum new user sign-ups per month: 20, across multiple accounts.
• Per account: 4 new user sign-ups with KYC verified per account.
• July 2025: 5 Referral Accounts, each Account requiring 4 New Users 
                      (20 total sign-ups with KYC for July).
• Initial project duration: 3 months, likely to extend to 6+ months (subject to exchange policy changes).
• Referral Accounts, links, QR codes, and monthly targets will be specified at the start of each month.
• Each month, New User sign-ups must be Completed and Verified by the exchange between the 2nd and 22nd of the month (UTC).

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure each new user completes KYC and is verified.
• Manage outreach to ensure monthly targets are met for each account.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate tracking and reporting of new sign-ups.

Compensation & Rewards

• Ongoing monthly compensation for meeting verified New-user KYC targets per account with tracking and reporting of verification success. (details to be discussed).
• Additional Set-up compensation at the end of Month 1 for:
  • Formulating your approach
  • Preparing a progressive reporting mechanism for new-user KYC validations per account.
• Each new user who completes KYC receives ½ oz of silver in their account after they have traded US$3,000
• The possibility of providing a small monetary compensation to new users could be discussed.

Requirements

• Proven experience with crypto user acquisition and KYC onboarding.
• Ability to manage, track, and report new users across multiple accounts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
