At Intellix Information Technology, we’re building an all-in-one real estate platform that leverages AI for price predictions and property recommendations, along with blockchain technology (Ethereum and Solana) for fractional ownership and smart contract escrow. The initial release features a typical web application built with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Future updates will include advanced AI models and blockchain features like tokenization, wallet integration, and cross-chain asset management.

We are currently seeking talented Smart Contract Developers to join our team.

Job Title: Smart Contract Developer (Ethereum + Solana)

Role summary:  
Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts for fractional property ownership, tokenization (ERC‑1400 / SPL), and smart contract escrow on both Ethereum and Solana.

Key responsibilities:
- Write and audit Solidity contracts (ERC‑20, ERC‑721, ERC‑1400) for Ethereum / L2s.
- Write and deploy Rust programs using Anchor on Solana (SPL tokens, escrow).
- Implement cross‑chain logic (e.g., Wormhole) for asset transfers between chains.
- Write deployment scripts (Hardhat / Foundry / Anchor) and test suites.
- Optimize gas / compute unit costs.

Required skills:
- 3+ years Solidity + 1+ year Rust (Solana)
- Experience with OpenZeppelin, Hardhat/Foundry, Anchor
- Understanding of token standards (ERC‑20, ERC‑721, ERC‑1400, SPL)
- Familiar with smart contract security best practices

Nice to have:  
Experience with real‑world assets (RWA) tokenization.
