Facebook Ads creation & Mmt

I’m having trouble setting up my fb campaign for my educational course because it’s in the crypto space. Meta requires an authorisation or it needs rewording & redoing which I don’t have capacity for. 
 

I need it to be a highly effective ad that generates links through to the course & buys. The campaign is already set up but myself so would prefer an expert to tweak it as necessary. 
 

I woukd like another campaign also set up and contour improvement and optimisation over a 45 day period.  
 

we are Kiwis, from Australia  and spend a lot of time in the Philippines so id prefer one of those  countries. You need to have had good experience at high converting fb ads and some experience dealing with the crypto space. 
 

I need to see several successful past projects as references.
