I’m looking to hire a reliable, U.S.-based Customer Support & Virtual Assistant to help with daily client communication, basic admin tasks, and internal workflow support. You should be comfortable using technology, communicate clearly, and be organized enough to work independently.
This is a remote freelance position with flexible hours and long-term potential.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer support messages via email, chat, or CRM
Organize and update client data using Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable
Assist with administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, scheduling, maintaining SOPs)
Perform occasional light online research
Provide regular updates and status reports
Requirements:
Must be located in the United States
Strong written English and professional communication
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Slack, etc.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Prior experience in a customer support or virtual assistant role
Experience with customer service platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
Familiarity with task management or automation tools like Trello, Zapier, Make
Previous work with startups or small businesses
Time Commitment:
5 to 15 hours per week to start
Flexible schedule, but availability during some US business hours is preferred
Potential to increase hours and responsibilities over time
