About the Role:
We’re seeking a full-time Brand Designer to join our growing creative team. This is a hybrid position: while most of the work can be done remotely, occasional on-site collaboration will be required for larger branding projects and strategic sessions.
As a Brand Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping visual identities that help our clients stand out in competitive markets. You’ll work on a variety of projects across industries — from startups launching their first brand to established companies going through rebranding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop complete brand identity systems: logo, color palette, typography, iconography, and visual language
Design supporting brand assets such as stationery, social media kits, pitch decks, and print materials
Build and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deeply understand project goals and brand positioning
Participate in creative workshops and brand strategy sessions (remote or in-person, depending on scope)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in brand identity design (agency or in-house)
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding systems, logo design, and real-world applications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly
Comfortable working independently, managing timelines, and handling feedback professionally
Willingness to occasionally attend on-site meetings or sessions (travel covered if needed)
Nice to Have:
Experience working with startups or tech brands
Web design capabilities (basic UI/UX understanding)
Knowledge of motion or interactive design is a plus
Location: Hybrid – flexible remote work, with occasional travel/on-site work when required (depending on project scale)
