Job Description

We are looking for a marketing manager to own the development and execution of demand generation and campaign programs. You will drive awareness and demand for our services. You will directly impact the company’s revenue goals through online and offline campaigns. You will work closely with our sales manager on the development of the company’s customer acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and retention strategies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales funnel marketing plan

• Develop strategy and tactics to build and optimize funnels

• Help to develop the landing pages and online sales funnels

• Manage the entire process of building clients sales funnels in line with our requirements

• Deliver detailed reporting and analytics that show how marketing programs impact revenue on a channel by channel basis;

• Define and track key metrics, deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed


 

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in digital campaign marketing and demand generation with ownership of multiple channels and strategies, along with hands-on experience optimizing websites for conversion of inbound traffic

• B2B campaign management and execution experience required

• Strong project management and planning skills to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously

• Clear understanding of ROI analysis, proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, review budgets and data, and recommend changes – you’ll do your own analysis of performance and report weekly on progress to marketing and sales goals

• Advanced awareness of the psychology of advertising and the customer journey.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

• English language proficiency

• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills
