About Us
Gen Z Studies is a research initiative focused on understanding the health, lifestyle, and behavioral patterns of Generation Z. Our work combines behavioral research, health and nutritional data, and medical observations to explore how lifestyle choices relate to physical health and psychological well-being. Our goal is to identify emerging health patterns among younger populations and translate research findings into practical approaches for preventive health, health education, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. Alongside research, we develop and pilot new educational formats, including self-paced learning, instructional videos, and practical training programs.
