About the Role

We’re looking for a Web3 KOL BD Manager to help us connect with the people who shape the conversation in Web3.
You’ll manage relationships with creators, influencers, and community leaders who align with our clients’ missions — driving awareness, engagement, and growth through authentic partnerships.

This role is ideally for someone who already has strong ties with the web3 community and a good network of KOLs and creators.

What You’ll Do

Identify and onboard Web3-native KOLs across X, Telegram, and Discord.

Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish — outreach, negotiation, coordination, and reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, creators, and partner agencies.

Collaborate with our marketing and community teams to align KOL campaigns with larger brand initiatives.

Track performance and optimize campaigns based on engagement, reach, and conversions.

Stay ahead of Web3 trends, narratives, and key voices shaping the space.
 

What You’ll Bring

2+ years in KOL management, partnerships, or BD in Web3, crypto, or gaming.
A strong network of creators, influencers, and community leads in the space.
Proven experience managing multi-region campaigns with tangible results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of crypto culture, community dynamics, and growth funnels.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
