We are looking for a Virtual Assistant Portfolio Manager who will help oversee property investment portfolios virtually. We are growing rapidly and to accommodate the growth, we want our new Virtual Assistant to add more properties to our portfolio.

As Virtual Assistant & Portfolio Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with the owner
  • Have a 30-minute morning call check-in/debrief call Monday to Friday
  • Keep our portfolio operating through by:
  • Gathering contacts of tradespeople to do our renovations & screen them on the phone
  • Responding to tenant questions and re-rental inquiries
  • Searching the MLS for new investment opportunities
  • Finding and communicating with property owners
  • Calling the existing leads of investment properties to speak with the owners about selling

Tasks will be assigned via Notion. Zoom, Telegram & email are our main sources of communication.

Training will be provided for you at the beginning & we are ready to help you learn how to build and operate a real estate investment portfolio; you will also learn about day-to-day business operations at our company. Your training will last for four weeks and once the on-boarding process is complete, we will support you by doing a 30-minute check-in/debrief call every morning.

Our ideal applicant is:

  • Willing to speak on the phone to tradespeople, property owners and tenants
  • Eager to step outside your comfort zone
  • Driven to learn & positive
  • Able to communicate clearly with enthusiasm

To excel at this position, you need to have:

  • Experience in a Customer Service position or similar
  • Ability to use G-Suite, Telegram, Zoom & Skype
  • Great English and communication skills

Brownie points for:

  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Experience with real estate

What’s in it for you?

  • Flexible working hours: ideally, you would start working between 9 AM — 11 AM, Eastern European Time. The time zone must be within 7 hours or less of a difference compared to Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)
