Team Lead US Consulting (Home office/ Flexible)
We are looking for a qualified leader for our Customer support team. To manage the team, provide effective guidance, and provide the best service possible. Our Customer support team consists of advanced customer support specialists that are communicating with all users and helping them through the in-house support ticketing system.
As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, and therefore your communication skills have to be excellent. You have to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration within your and other teams within the company.

Must have:
A strong leader with 2+ years of proven work experience as a team leader, supervisor, or customer support specialist
Technical background (technical support, HTML/CSS, testing, troubleshooting, productivity software)
Excellent computer skills
English: Professional Working Proficiency (writing, reading, speaking)
In-depth knowledge of support and startup culture
Personal responsibility from day one
Success-driven and always striving to improve our processes
Organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize
Decision-making skills
Calm and positive attitude in any situation to assist with conflict resolution
A typical day as our team leader could be:
Ensuring a high-quality standard is maintained across all tickets
Optimizing and improve standard responses
Managing a small team and maximize their productivity
Building relationships with your support team and working hard to help them level up their skills
Handling and responding to the bug reporting process
Ensuring Digistore24’s identity and values are respected and maintained
