What is the role about?

The mission of the recruiter is to assist in the selection of the candidates who meet best the profile sought by Kriptomat when opening a position.

By joining us, you will team up with our Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to find and onboard the exceptional talented new colleagues who will help us reach the moon. You will be responsible for formulating and placing advertisements, reviewing CVs, and planning interviews. To execute your mission, you will use different strategies and tactics going from passive to active searches. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition & HR Manager for the external employer branding.



In this role you will be:

Providing an amazing candidate experience every time;
Actively sourcing exceptional talents on all possible channels;
Reviewing applicants’ CVs;
Posting vacancies on job portals and social media;
Develop a consistent network of talents and talents pools;
Corresponding with candidates during the selection process;
Coordinate interview plannings;
Continuously representing Kriptomat professionally and warmly as the first point of contact towards prospective employees;
Providing an amazing candidate experience every time;
Assessing and managing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our ATS;
Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand and hiring strategy;
Attending interviews;
Participating in ad-hoc departmental projects.


We are looking for someone who:

is fluent in English and another South-Eastern European language (Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian);
is comfortable making decisions independently;
is familiar with a wide variety of sourcing channels;
is proficient in Microsoft Office;
has a bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
has 2 years of recruiting experience preferred;
has excellent organizational and time management skills;
has a working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems;
has the ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders;
has the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
has a working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods;
has an understanding of recruitment-related laws, regulations and best practices;
has the ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust;



Ideal, but not a must:

Previous experience in fintech/crypto industry;
Successful in-house experience as a recruiter
