Pinnacle of Man is looking for a Marketing/Ops Specialist to join their team.

You will be an essential part of the team responsible for managing and growing organic lead generation channels, and your main responsibilities will be:

  • YouTube - developing strategies, executing them, and growing the channel
  • Instagram - growing followers & generating revenue
  • Affiliates - same as above with the goal to generate 100k/month within the next 3-4 months

You will work hand-in-hand with the Ops Manager who will offer full support and help to develop and execute the strategies. However, you’ll need to show critical thinking and brainstorming skills on the highest level!

You will also assist the Ops Manager with other tasks such as:

  • Developing and implementing a start-to-finish affiliate/promoter strategy
  • Managing promotions and media
  • Managing affiliate promotions and outreach to influencers
  • Repurposing YouTube videos into TikTok/Instagram Reels content
  • Managing social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Helping with YouTube video ideas and creation, including scriptwriting, video editing, and promotion through email lists
  • Writing persuasive emails to the email list, encouraging them to watch YouTube videos and schedule calls
  • Assist with ads management, including testing new ad angles and tracking their effectiveness
  • Manage video editors and help with company branding and website development

The internal training process will take around one month and will include watching onboarding materials, working with the OPS manager, and setting up new systems alongside the management. You will also receive daily hour-long calls to make the onboarding process smoother.

This is a full-time position and your working hours need to have at least a 4-hour overlap from 12 PM to 4 PM CET. There may be times when you need to work for an hour or two on weekends, especially when urgent projects require your attention.

If you possess natural marketing skills, exceptional English writing ability, and are self-driven with the ability to lead projects and generate marketing content ideas, read on.
