Help in drafting governance proposals for Terra Luna Classic

I need someone to help me draft governance proposals for the Terra Luna Classic network.

The first area I need help in is determining the feasibility of each proposal that I want to submit. You would need to make suggestions for improving a proposal, or suggest a better way to do it.

The second area I need help in is with Parameter Change Proposals. I will need the code written for my proposal. Then I will write an explanation and post it to the Governance & Proposals category of the Terra Research Forum, and get feedback from users.

The third area I need help in is in responding to technical questions from users for proposals that I plan to submit. I will forward questions to you that I need help answering.

This is an hourly, ongoing job. At this time, I plan to submit at least 2 proposals.
