Do you have a passion for results and a track record of growing lists, delivering new customers, and growing revenue?


If so, you’ll be happy to know our clients are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who will ensure the development of email marketing campaigns for our clients. Within this role, you will use your expertise to make sure campaigns are launched without errors and in a timely manner.

Working in partnership with the Head of Brand, you will manage all aspects of the campaign — from briefing to flow creation to deployment and reporting — owning the end to the experience.


More specifically, within this role you will:

  • Work with the Head of Brand, along with the clients, to set clear goals to drive list growth, reduce CPA and increase LTV
  • Develop a clear strategy and role for email and SMS to achieve these goals.
  • Deliver a campaign calendar and flow prioritization, and effectively communicate a clear execution plan
  • Work with clients to brief creatives and manage the email process from conception to completion, finding opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Review and optimize segment audiences and analyze historical performance to deliver recommendations for improvements and new iterations
  • Set up a learning agenda increasing the number of A/B tests and experimentation and iteration
  • Execute email development to ensure on-time delivery of assets, best-in-class production, dynamic content, and pixel-perfect execution
  • Execute QA to ensure error-free deployment
  • Manage all aspects of email campaigns i.e., manage client assets to develop or aid in the development of email assets to be scheduled daily for clients; ensure campaigns are launched without errors and in a timely manner, work with designers and clients to coordinate assets and design
  • Provide weekly & monthly reports - focused on email and SMS performance, developing a process and strategy for reporting back success and performance to clients


Tasks will be assigned to you using Mavenlink, and you will also use Slack for real-time communication & collaboration with the team.


In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a mid to senior-level Email Marketing Manager or Specialist
  • 2+ years of experience with a direct-to-consumer brands
  • Extensive experience in leading ESPs and data management platforms (Klaviyo, Segment, justuno, attentive, Yopto, Google 360)
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in the design, copy, development, and implementation of Campaigns
  • Deep hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including segmentation, campaign setup, and flow development for email and SMS
  • Experience with personalized campaigns with dynamic product recommendations based on past purchase behavior
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and similar tools used to create emails
  • Extensive A/B testing experience
